The client required a web-based commercial lines insurance underwriting solution for nationwide use. Watertrace were required to prescribe a suitable system which met the objectives of the organisation for their underwriting system, whilst ensuring cost efficiencies were maximised, and to manage the on-shore business analysis teams and the off-shore application developers.
