Client Business Issue
The client, a pan-European insurer, had multiple branches in the UK, and across continental Europe. Each of these branches had unique Policy Administration Systems. This reflected, and contributed to, divergent processes and data capture standards restricting reporting capabilities and the alignment of client service standards.
Value Received by Client
We managed the end to end phases of the programme from current and future state definition, requirements definition, vendor selection, specification documentation, testing, training, and implementation. This involved harmonising processes from across disparate European business units; balancing the need cater for local market conditions, whilst maintaining a core system configuration to deliver on the central project goals of consistency and scalability.
